Ingredients
Scale
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl.
- Add salt and knead the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours at room temperature.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it proof for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake the bread for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a digital scale for accurate measurements.
- Store leftover bread in a paper bag.
- Can be served with butter or as a sandwich base.
