- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sourdough starter, flour, water, salt, and sugar.
- Knead the dough until smooth, about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it.
- Let it rise for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in a greased pan and let it rise again for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
