- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the French bread into 1-inch pieces.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the bread slices.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, cream cheese, and chopped pecans.
- Serve the cream cheese mixture with toasted bread slices.
Notes
- You can prepare the cream cheese mixture a day ahead.
- Try adding herbs for extra flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness of cranberry sauce to taste.
