  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Chop the mushroom stems and sauté them in olive oil with garlic until soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix sautéed stems, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  6. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
