Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Chop the mushroom stems and sauté them in olive oil with garlic until soft.
- In a bowl, mix sautéed stems, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh mushrooms for better flavor.
- You can add cooked sausage for extra protein.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
