Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
