Description

A festive twist on the classic tiramisu, perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until pale.
  3. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream, vanilla, and cinnamon until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture briefly.
  7. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  8. Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  9. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers.
  10. Top with remaining mascarpone mixture.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • Use fresh brewed coffee for best flavor.
  • Adjust sugar to taste.
