  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Place the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a saucepan, heat vegetable broth, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
  8. Pour the sauce over the baked tofu and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
