- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk and ranch seasoning.
- Soak chicken breasts in the buttermilk mixture for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
