Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet.
- Mix in half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This dish can be frozen for a later meal.
