Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place the snowballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill again for 15 minutes before serving.
