Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, pepper, salt, and rosemary.
- Whisk until combined.
- Place steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over steak, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove steak from marinade and grill or cook to your desired doneness.
