- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the pineapple slices and arrange them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the pineapple slices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
