A simple and delicious pineapple bake that anyone can make.
Ingredients

- 1 can of pineapple slices in juice (20 oz)
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice.
- Spread the pineapple slices in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the pineapple.
- Add shredded coconut and chopped walnuts on top.
- Prepare the cake mix using the reserved pineapple juice and melted butter.
- Pour the cake batter over the pineapple and toppings.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
