- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and cook green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pot, boil diced potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the green beans and potatoes to the soup mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with French fried onions.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
