Description
A thick and creamy seafood chowder filled with fresh seafood and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup scallops
- 1 cup white fish, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, celery, and carrots. Sauté until softened.
- Add potato and seafood stock. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, shrimp, scallops, and white fish.
- Cook until seafood is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
- Adjust thickness by adding more or less cream.
