A thick and creamy seafood chowder filled with fresh seafood and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 potato, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup scallops
  • 1 cup white fish, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, celery, and carrots. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add potato and seafood stock. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, shrimp, scallops, and white fish.
  6. Cook until seafood is cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
