- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed ladyfinger cookies
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip the ladyfinger cookies into the cooled coffee, then crumble them into the mixture.
- Mix until combined.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
- Chill again before serving.
