Ingredients
- Steamed dumplings – 500g
- Nian Gao (rice cake) – 300g
- Spring rolls – 400g
- Whole fish – 1
- Fruit platter (oranges, apples) – 1kg
- Glutinous rice balls – 200g
- Sweet rice wine – 250ml
Instructions
- Prepare the dumplings by filling and sealing them.
- Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the Nian Gao in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
- Steam the whole fish and serve with ginger and scallions.
- Arrange the fruit platter with oranges and apples.
- Prepare the glutinous rice balls by boiling them until they float.
- Serve sweet rice wine chilled.
