Ingredients

  • Steamed dumplings – 500g
  • Nian Gao (rice cake) – 300g
  • Spring rolls – 400g
  • Whole fish – 1
  • Fruit platter (oranges, apples) – 1kg
  • Glutinous rice balls – 200g
  • Sweet rice wine – 250ml

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dumplings by filling and sealing them.
  2. Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cook the Nian Gao in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  4. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
  5. Steam the whole fish and serve with ginger and scallions.
  6. Arrange the fruit platter with oranges and apples.
  7. Prepare the glutinous rice balls by boiling them until they float.
  8. Serve sweet rice wine chilled.
