Description

Ingredients
- Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Red bean paste – 1 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
- Coconut flakes – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into a greased steaming tray.
- Spread red bean paste over the mixture evenly.
- Pour the remaining mixture on top of the red bean paste.
- Steam for 30 minutes until set.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and coconut flakes on top before serving.
