Description

Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Red bean paste – 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
  • Coconut flakes – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into a greased steaming tray.
  3. Spread red bean paste over the mixture evenly.
  4. Pour the remaining mixture on top of the red bean paste.
  5. Steam for 30 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool and cut into squares.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and coconut flakes on top before serving.
