Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 pounds)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing the stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While the turkey cooks, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Steam the green beans until tender.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- You can use leftover turkey for sandwiches or salads.
