- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
- Add the mayonnaise, diced pimentos, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños.
- Serve with crackers, celery sticks, or as a sandwich spread.
