- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 6 cups bread cubes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and celery until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the bread mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting every hour.
- Remove foil during the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
