  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F.
  2. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the turkey.
  4. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  5. Season the turkey inside and out with the spice mix.
  6. Stuff the cavity with fresh herbs.
