Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream, melted semi-sweet chocolate, melted white chocolate, and cocoa powder.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy.
