A hearty and flavorful turkey bolognese sauce served over spaghetti.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey. Cook until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve sauce over spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
