- 1 turkey breast (4–5 pounds)
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper. Place it in a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the green beans for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the turkey breast and serve with cranberry sauce and green beans.

- For a richer flavor, consider brining the turkey breast overnight.
- You can add spices such as rosemary or thyme to the turkey for additional flavor.
