Delicious turkey cakes perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, and parsley.
- Add the beaten eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, then fold into the turkey mixture.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked patties to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover turkey for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be served with cranberry sauce.
