Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, and parsley.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, then fold into the turkey mixture.
  5. Form the mixture into patties.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer cooked patties to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
