Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded turkey, and shredded cheese.
- Add green onions, cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts to coat.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
