- 1 cup shredded cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, turkey, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans until coated evenly.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
