Description

A fun and festive dessert idea for Thanksgiving. These turkey cupcakes are decorated to look like cute turkeys.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can chocolate frosting
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1 package peanut butter cups
  • 1 package chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 package mini marshmallows
  • 1 tube yellow icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
  6. Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting.
  7. Place a peanut butter cup upside down in the center of each cupcake.
  8. Arrange candy corn around the peanut butter cup for feathers.
  9. Add two mini marshmallows for eyes and a dot of yellow icing for the beak.
