A simple recipe for turkey pockets using deli turkey.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of deli turkey
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup of lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Place slices of turkey on top of the mayonnaise.
  4. Add cheese slices over the turkey.
  5. Top with lettuce.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  7. Cut the pockets in half and serve.
