Description
A simple recipe for turkey pockets using deli turkey.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of deli turkey
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup of lettuce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly on each tortilla.
- Place slices of turkey on top of the mayonnaise.
- Add cheese slices over the turkey.
- Top with lettuce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Cut the pockets in half and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Use different types of cheese for variety.
- These can be made ahead and packed for lunch.
