Instructions

- Butterfly the turkey breast by slicing it horizontally.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic, mushrooms, and spinach until soft.
- Mix in cream cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Spread the mixture over the turkey breast.
- Roll the turkey tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place in a baking dish and roast for 45 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
