Description

Tuscan garlic chicken bites with sun-dried tomato Cajun Alfredo pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in Cajun seasoning.
  6. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce. Toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
