Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place pita breads on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly on each pita.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Slice and serve warm.
