Description

Twice baked potatoes are a delicious and satisfying dish. They are creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
  5. Add sour cream, cheese, milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the potato insides and mix well.
  6. Fill the potato skins with the mixture.
  7. Bake again for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
