A delicious and refreshing tzatziki chicken veggie naan pizza.
Ingredients

- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan.
- Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use store-bought tzatziki for convenience.
- Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- This pizza can be enjoyed warm or cold.
