A delightful twist on classic tiramisu featuring ube, a purple yam popular in Filipino desserts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup ube puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ube puree and mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the ube mixture gently.
- Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee quickly, then layer them in jars.
- Add a layer of the ube mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers until jars are filled.
- Top with cocoa powder.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh ube for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
