Ingredients

- 4 bell peppers, diced
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced peppers, tomatoes, rice, and seasoning.
- Cook for 10 minutes until peppers are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with cheese if desired and let it melt.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy.
