Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with vegan whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made a day in advance.
