Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a tart pan evenly.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. In a saucepan, melt vegan white chocolate chips with coconut cream over low heat.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and half of the chopped pistachios.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled tart shell.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with remaining pistachios before serving.
