A delicious vegan white chocolate pistachio tart with a rich and creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a tart pan evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
- In a saucepan, melt vegan white chocolate chips with coconut cream over low heat.
- Stir in vanilla extract and half of the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the filling into the cooled tart shell.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with remaining pistachios before serving.
