  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
