- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
