Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, and water.
- Pour the peanut sauce over the vegetables and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
