Ingredients

- 2 cups of chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the crockpot.
- Stir well to combine.
- Set the crockpot to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
- Stir occasionally if possible.
- Serve hot with your choice of bread.
