Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté celery and onion until soft.
- Add the bread cubes to the skillet.
- Pour in vegetable broth and mix well.
- Add cranberries, walnuts, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
