Description
A delicious sushi roll featuring spicy tuna and avocado, topped with baked eel and spicy mayo.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1/2 pound spicy tuna
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 pound eel, cooked
- 2 tablespoons spicy mayo
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved.
- Once rice is cooked, let it cool and mix in the vinegar mixture.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a layer of rice on the nori, leaving a small edge.
- Add spicy tuna and avocado on top of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the mat.
- Place cooked eel on top of the roll and drizzle with spicy mayo.
- Slice the roll into pieces and serve with soy sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of spicy mayo.
- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
