A quick and easy weeknight meal featuring wontons in a flavorful broth.
Ingredients

- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold to seal.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
- Add the wontons and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Add bok choy, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or carrots.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Leftover wontons can be frozen for later use.
