- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in the orange zest and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
