Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and pistachios.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
