- 1 tbsp Fresh sage, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Rub turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place carrots, celery, and onion in a roasting pan.
- Set turkey on top of the vegetables.
- Add chicken broth and herbs to the pan.
- Roast for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
