- 1 cup roasted butternut squash, cubed
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, roasted squash, pomegranate seeds, feta, and walnuts.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
