Deliciously rich and fudgy caramel brownies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store brownies in an airtight container.
- For extra caramel flavor, drizzle more sauce on top before serving.
