Deliciously rich and fudgy caramel brownies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add sugar and mix well.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract.
  8. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  9. Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
  10. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  11. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
  12. Spread the remaining brownie batter on top.
  13. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips.
  14. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  15. Let cool before cutting into squares.

  • For extra caramel flavor, drizzle more sauce on top before serving.
